The Kanini Estate has an exclusive membership to the Mauna Lani Sports Club at the Mauna Lani Auberge resort. All guests have complimentary access to reserve courts and play unlimited pickleball, tennis and use the full gym, lap pool and wellness center. All paddles and racquets may be provided free of charge. Guests may participate in the many drop-in events, clinics and tournaments or for an additional fee, book lessons with the teaching pros.
Simply call the Mauna Lani Sports Club and mention you’re a guest of the Kanini Estate and make your complimentary reservation.
Once you go to the reservations page, enter the dates you wish to book into the booking widget and hit Get Quote. Enter your contact information and credit card information (your credit card will not be charged at this point and is only used to hold your reservation). Then hit Request to Book.
Our booking team will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and provide our guest agreement for your review and signature. Your credit card will not be charged until our booking team discusses your reservation with you and offers payment options for you to choose from.
Yes. We only require a credit card to hold your reservation. Once you complete your booking, our booking team will contact you and provide payment options such as wire, check, credit card etc.
The rates vary by season depending on how busy the time of year is. To check rates, please go to the reservations page and enter the dates you wish to travel in the booking widget.
Please note, the rates shown are for a maximum of 12 people. For 13 people or more, we add $100 per person per night + taxes to cover the additional costs associated with larger parties.
Absolutely! Our home is designed to accommodate multi-generational families, groups of friends, and several couples. We can comfortably sleep 16 guests in 8 king beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable stay. Two airbeds are also available with advance notice.
Our arrivals team will contact you prior to your stay to provide specific instructions and answer any questions you may have. Once your plane lands, this team will contact you again and meet you at the estate to ensure your check-in experience is as smooth and painless as possible. Our goal is to ensure you and your party are oriented with every amenity the estate has to offer while getting you into vacation mode the moment you arrive.
Check-in begins at 4pm. Checkout is by 10am. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts when we can however due to other guest reservations we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received more than ninety days prior to the check-in date, a full refund less processing fees (if any already incurred) will be refunded.
If cancellation notice is received between 90-31 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation grand total will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded.
If cancellation notice is received within 30 days (0-30) of the check-in date, the full booking amount of rent and taxes will be forfeited.

During peak/holiday bookings, the cancellation policy changes so please consult the guest agreement to fully understand the cancelation policy for your booking.
